What does each kind of InForce mushroom support?

The chart below presents many of the supporting benefits listed for each bottle.

The regular InForce Coriolus Versicolor (green bottle) has one sole purpose: to support the immune system. This is the best/most potent kind of mushroom we offer for immune support.

InForce Plus - Coriolus Versicolor + Reishi (yellow bottle) helps to support the Immune system, heart function, blood pressure management, and cholesterol management.

InForce Restore - Maitake (red bottle) helps to support Heart function, liver and pancreas, and diabetic management. The Maitake mushroom also helps to support the immune system.

InForce Clarity - Lion's Mane (blue bottle) helps to support Heart function, blood pressure management, mental clarity, anxiety and depression management, and ulcerative and digestive management. The Lion's Mane also supports the immune system.

Inforce Shield - Shiitake (orange bottle) promotes antioxidant properties, and Cardiovascular health, and supports the immune system.

How do I place an order?

In order for you to be able to place your first order with us, you need to create a free account.

To create your free account and place an order:

- Go to the website you were referred to and from the landing page select 'SHOP' at the top navigation (see below):

- From the top of the page, you can choose the category you are interested in, “Dogs, Cats, Horses, or Humans”.

- Select the item you are interested in (Example, see below):

- Add what you'd like to your cart by clicking on the product page. Select the quantity needed, THEN select “Add to Cart”.

- Go to your cart and then select 'Checkout' at the bottom right corner.

The system will bring you to another page to sign in, and on the right side, there will be an option to create your account.

- Click the black button that says 'Create Free Account" on the right side (see below).

- On the next page (see below), input your info and create a user name and password. Please note: No characters or symbols are allowed for Usernames. Letters and numbers only.

- On the next page (see below), enter your shipping address by clicking on 'Ship to a New Address+'.

- Enter in the required information in the fields that appeared (see below):

Please double-check that your address is correct!!

- Click the small check box “Store this address for future usage”. Select 'Ship to this Address'.

- On the next page (see below), select 'Add A New Card' right above the 'Continue' button.

- Input your information in the fields that appear (see below).

- If you would like to store your card info in our E-Secure account for future use and to avoid having to fill it in again, then select the checkbox at the bottom under "Save Credit Card Information". Otherwise, just click Continue.

- On the next page (see below), you have the option of making your order into a Smartship order for free shipping* *See page for more details*. If you would like it to be a Smartship (monthly recurring) order, check the box at the top of the page. Otherwise, just leave it blank and click 'Continue'.

- At the checkout page (see below), you can verify your order, and select the shipping method by selecting the drop-down under "Shipping Selection" before you place your order. Please Note: If you select "Will Call for your shipping method", you are expected to pick up your order at our location in Simi Valley.

- When you are ready to place your order, click the "Place Your Order" button. PLEASE NOTE: it may take a minute for the order to process. Please be patient until the page updates to an order confirmation page with "Congratulations!" at the top of the page. Once you get to the confirmation page, you should also get a confirmation email regarding your order.

- If there are any issues with your order, the system will point it out to you and ask you to correct it.

Do I have to pay a fee to be a customer?

Nope! You just need to create a free account with us first to place an order. Why do you need to create an account? Think of it as an Amazon account where you can keep track of all your orders, place new ones, update your shipping/billing info, etc. But also, since we are a network marketing company, you are giving commissions to the person you signed up under using their replicated website for every order you place.

To create an account:

- Go to the website that you were referred to

- Select 'SHOP' at the top navigation

- Select the category of product you are interested (Dogs, Cats, Horses, Humans)

- Follow the checkout process

- You will be asked to create a free account that will allow you to purchase anytime in the future.

Again, there is no fee to become a retail customer and purchase our products.

What is your return policy?

Returns

We have a 30-return policy if you are not satisfied with our products.

We offer free returns within 30 days. All products being returned must be unopened.

To start a return, please email us and let us know what products you wish to return. We will then email you a return label for the products you wish to return.

* Please ensure that your return is dropped off at your local post office within 14 days of receiving the label.

If you need a refund for an opened/unreturnable product, please email us @ customerservice@petclub247.com with the following information:

- Your order #

- The item you need a refund on

- The reason you are unsatisfied with the product.

*Please note: We do not offer partial returns on our bundled packs. This includes customized packs as well as Smartship packs.

International Returns

We are unable to process return labels for international orders at this time. Returns will be at the expense of the customer.

Refunds

We take pride in offering our customers a satisfaction guarantee, providing refunds within a 30-day period if you are not completely happy with your purchase.

It's important to note that if an order is placed using a specific card, our refund processing is limited to the original payment method. In the event that you need a refund on an order associated with an inactive card, we can issue the refund via check.

How do I create a free account to purchase products as a customer?

To create a free account as a customer simply:

- Go to the website that you were referred to

- Go to "Shop"

- Select the item(s) that you want to purchase

- Follow the prompts on the page

- As you progress through the steps, the system will ask for your account information and credit card info (similar to what you might do with Amazon. Then, complete the process. Your personal and credit card information will be secure and safe.
